Disposing of waste is not a new activity. But, now more than ever, it is an activity that needs a new point of view. It is more than just updating as regulations and standards change. Instead, it is a matter of evolving the way we understand this type of service: from disposal to management. In today’s world, disposing is not enough. Managing waste carefully is crucial because it can have a second life: be recovered, recycled, or find a new use. If this is impossible, we must dispose of it considering the environment. This care is the hallmark of our non-hazardous waste disposal service.
Ingeco, a subsidiary of Indaco Holding, is a leading name in waste treatment and disposal. We operate three state-of-the-art facilities, demonstrating our expertise and commitment to excellence.
We offer a comprehensive, non-hazardous waste disposal service characterized by the following:
Our facility is authorized to perform several activities: storage (R13), sorting and storage (R12/D13) of non-hazardous particular waste, mixing (R12/D13) of non-hazardous particular waste, preliminary storage (D15) and preliminary reconditioning (D14) of non-hazardous specific waste.
Our plant operates in two areas: the first is mainly dedicated to non-cernible waste and the second treats 50% of cernible waste percentages. In total, the tons treated per year are 58,000.
When required, we flank the waste treatment activity with transportation (thanks also to the support of the other companies in our Group: IMG2 and Esposito Servizi Ecologici) with diversified vehicles according to the type of waste and need.
We operate on the basis of authorization DD No. 88 of 20/10/2009 and subsequent turnaround DD RG No. 407 of 15/03/2018. In 2018, to expand the services offered to our clients, we applied for the AIA Integrated Environmental Authorization.
Thanks to our long and deep experience in the field, we have developed a methodology that allows us to ensure maximum efficiency in the recovery of reusable materials. We also use machines designed for different processes and aimed at recovering high percentages of recyclable materials.
To make our service even more effective, we dedicate a second processing stage to non-recoverable waste to allocate as much of it as possible to energy recovery at waste-to-energy plants for electricity production.
